The City of Cape Town has reminded residents that WhatsApp is currently unavailable for water fault reporting.
Residents are advised to submit water-related queries and faults via the following channels:
* SMS to 31373
* Phone 0860 103 089 (option 2)
* Send an email to water@capetown.gov.za
* On the City’s website www.capetown.gov.za, click on ‘City Connect’
The City will inform the public once the issue has been resolved.
