Prepare yourself for a jam-packed three hours of entertainment at the Hangberg sports centre tomorrow, Saturday February 16 as the Harvest Centre hosts their fund-raising modelling extravaganza from 11am.
The programme has been compacted to finish earlier in case of possible load-shedding.
There will now be two categories, namely juniors from 5 to 12 years and teens from 13 to 19 years.
The prizes are R1 000 for the all out winner in the juniors category and cash prizes for the princes and princesses, plus goody bags for the runner-up contestants.
The teen male and female winners will each win a makeover outfit sponsored by Marvin from De Rossi Design Emporium plus cash prizes to the runner-up prince and princess.
The lineup of judges include Miss SA Humanitarian Erica Pienaar, Miss Gay Humanitarian Skyler, Marvin Leigh Ross from De Rossi Design Emporium, Igol from LGI Beauty and Viola Joubert from Hangberg
Some of the performers to delight the audience will be TMC, Fire Flames Spike P, Cee Jay, the Harvest Marimbas, Shakeel, the new Harvest Hip Hop Crew and Q.Rock.
The Harvest Centre, which runs skills development projects for the youth, has appealed to the community to show support for the youngsters, saying their support and encouragement will mean a lot to build the youngsters’ confidence and make it a special occasion for them.
Tickets are available at the door at R30 for adults and those 13 and over, R15 for children under 13 and free for children under 7.
