Dance for All is calling on youth between the ages of 18 and 21 to apply for their 12-month bridging programme.
Established in 2011, the programme aims to equip those who would like to pursue a career in dance with much needed skills that bridge the gap between being a dance student and becoming a professional dancer. Students accepted onto the programme receive individual guidance to develop their talent from DFA’s team of experienced teachers, all of whom are former professional dancers.
The course will give the students the basis to continue studying in the field of professional dancing, choreography, dance teaching, costume design and sound and lighting, all of which often forms part of performing arts studies.
The deadline for applications is Wednesday November 30. For more information contact Allison Hendricks on 021 697 5509 or email allison@danceforall.co.za
