Raising funds for bursaries

Hout Bay International School pupils Oscar Vogel, middle, and Oliver Vintin made 120 cookies and 10 litres of lemonade to raise R1610 for the Children of Hout Bay Education and Learning Opportunity (Chelo) school bursary fund for needy children in Hout Bay. The boys sold all their cookies and lemonade within two hours at Llandudno Beach, and some people gave more when they heard what the boys were raising money for.
