Making a difference

Disa Primary School is finalising its Jar of Hope campaign in support of Imizamo Yethu and Hangberg crèches. Teacher Anri Wessels, who started the campaign, says they’ve collected more than 300 jars. The project involves filling jars and zip-lock bags with dry ingredients to which boiling water can be added to make soup to feed four people.
