First-time homeowners

Four Hangberg families were handed title deeds by the City of Cape Town on Tuesday February 27. These long-term rental tenants of the City have now become homeowners for the first time in their lives. Here ward councillor, Roberto Quintas and mayoral committee member for area north, Suzette Little, hand over the title deed to Peter and Suzan van Rooyen.
