Christmas party

Cape Community Newspapers, which publishes the Sentinel, hosted a Christmas party, at De Waal Park in Oranjezicht on Friday December 6, for children from underprivileged communities. The children were entertained with games and magicians and had their faces painted.  The City of Cape Town’s Fire and Rescue Service let the children explore a fire truck. Among those who sponsored the food and logistics for the party were the City of Cape Town, Fire and Rescue Services, DSTV Mitchell’s Plain Festival, Rozario Brown, KFC, Rohloff Group, Goal Supermarket, The College of Magic, Hip Hip Hooray party entertainment service, Daniel Schmidhauser Master Installation Electrician, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, One Up Cash & Carry, Cape Cookies, Food Lover’s Market, Zee Zee’s Halaal Foods and TRS Events.
