Zip Zap Circus will perform their new production, Slapstick, a traditional comedy circus show with a 1930s twist, on Saturday May 21, Sunday May 22, Saturday May 28 and Sunday May 29 at noon and 4pm at the Zip Zap Dome, 10 Jan Smuts Street, in the Cape Town city centre.
The show will transport the entire family back to the times of swing, Gypsy jazz, the Three Stooges and Charlie Chaplin, when this type of comedy grew its roots and a pie in the face was made famous.
The Zip Zap Dome will be transformed into a picnic site. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Tickets cost R155 for adults and R125 for children. Picnic boxes cost between R105 and R130. Book through Quicket.
